This is a Berlin ice cream map depicting the best 35 ice cream parlors all over the city. The back of the map includes the history of ice cream and wafer cones, a recipe for ice cream, as well as some fun facts about the sugary, frozen goodness.
This is a personal project that was born out of two factors: me being an absolute foodie and me wanting to get to know Berlin better. So what better way to combine the two than creating an ice cream map? In my research I focused on ice cream parlors that make their own ice cream and that are located in the central Berlin districts. I visited 50 different ice cream parlors, ate over 100 scoops of ice cream and neatly documented flavors, prices and my impressions. Out of the 50 parlors I included my top 35 in the map.
